In the spring of 2002, I read an ad in the newspaper regarding the opportunity to make real estate a career. I decided then and there to make real estate my profession.  Prior to this decision, I had worked as a technical writer in the metro area of Milwaukee for over 10 years. My career in real estate has allowed me to use my interpersonal and writing skills in a new way.  The decision to enter the field of real estate also allowed me the opportunity to return to my roots, Ozaukee County , where I was born and raised. I love the small town atmosphere and the relaxed lifestyle.

I have never enjoyed my work more. I look forward to going to work every day. I look forward to meeting new customers and situations. One of the things I enjoy about Real Estate is that there are never any two days the same; there is always something new to experience and learn. I have never been bored since entering the real estate profession. Each and every transaction is unique, keeping my energy and enthusiasm up and my creative skills sharp.

I have already earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations. Currently I am working on receiving my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation. I am a proud member of the Ozaukee Board of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the National Realtors Association.   I have found that my membership in the local Board of Realtors and Association of Realtors on the state and national level, along with the various courses I have completed, have allowed me to enhance the services I provide and to network with real estate agents throughout the state.
